Viking ZWT-S feeding system is designed to deliver biomass in the form of sawdust, wood chips, etc. from storage container to AZSD or ZGH combustion systems without help of a transfer hopper. The device is installed in existing, suitably adapted premises or is constructed to form the reservoir for fuel storage with an automatic feeding to biomass combustion device. On request it is possible to adapt the structure, and thus be used in other biomass combustion systems.

The drive from the electric motor and the gear box placed on a conveyor shaft is transmitted through the auger conveyor, to the agitator shaft and the reducer placed on rotary table with the agitating springs. Piled up material is moved into opening where the auger is rotating and takes away to the chute in the upper end. Feeder screw transports the material to the AZSD combustion device.
